  I purchased a Samsung washing machine. The machine had hot water at first and no cold. Best Buy came, said it was fixed and now I have all cold water and no hot. I've talked to several people. Samsung tells me it's Best Buy's service to fix and Best Buy tells me it's Samsung's service to fix. I have no clue what to do without a working washing machine. You can't get through to the store. The Geek Squad person who did the installation has been back and says it is fixed. No, it's not! The Supervisor tells me she talked with management and they should contact me, but they do NOT. I've never had such BAD customer service. BEWARE!

  Geek Squad Guy there was awesome. I was in a Jam while traveling my laptop charger died. I ordered a universal laptop charger for pick up at this Best Buy Location. I went to get it and pick it up. I tested it there at the geek squad counter. My Lenovo Thinkpad laptop wouldn't recognize it, even thought it says it supports it. I told the geek squad guy there at the counter. He looked at it. Grabbed a genuine Lenovo Charger from their service stash in the back. Tried it, it worked fine. He told me I could just have it since they had a couple extras. I offered to pay for it, but he said he didnt have a good way to charge me. He just wanted to help me out. This guy made my whole week. That is customer service. I have a new appreciation for geek squad now.
