Very knowledgeable on your products, such as phone type, internet, hearing products, adding services, such as Hulo or Disney, etc. Recommend didn't things, but never forced to buy or sign up fir different services. Overall, Gary, was excellent, and helped me with my needs, and recommendations on products and service.

I just received a new phone and when transferring from old phone ran into some trouble. He told me ‘well you didn’t buy it from here and did it online so this is going to take forever’ then when he got my number and saw it was a business account he literally said, “oh great AND it’s a business account-you’ve got to be kidding me” all while a worker next to him was trying to be nice and tell me what my next steps were. When I asked what to do he told me just to call customer service. Rattled off the number and didn’t even look at me in the eye. Didn’t help me one bit. I will not be returning and called his manager. Isn’t your job customer service. It’s the day before Christmas, at least FAKE a smile and say you can’t help unfortunately.

The way Gary explained everything with great detail and helped us out was wonderful. Very personable and had me laughing the whole time. HIGHLY recommend going to this location if you are a Verizon customer or if you'd like to switch to Verizon.
