No matter how much I tried to just do what I came in for, and expressed how I couldn’t understand certain prices and deals and just wanted to stick to what I originally came in for, the man kept adding “deals,” and I honestly felt as though I was used to try to generate this man’s next commission. He spoke fast and quick, and when I expressed I was confused it was, “what is there to be confused about?” Rather than “let me break this down.” I don’t need phone insurance or anything but man was I made out to be an idiot when I tried to refuse. I feel like I was taken advantage of and almost scammed into something I didn’t want to do.

I called the store they said I needed to contact customer service, then customer service said I needed to contact the store. I tried to have customer service place the order for me and they then messed up my account by trying to process a trade in of a completely different watch. Once again Verizon has proven they have the worst customer service.

I went in approximately 30 min before they closed and my issue took longer than I expected. The people assisting me were so pleasant and reassuring. Brittany and Alyssa were very nice to work with, even when it went past closing. The other staff members were also helpful I just didn’t catch their names. I will recommend this location to anyone needing service.
