Best Buy (or at least this location) does not honor sale pricing when exchanging wearables for a different size, even when exchanging for the exact same item. This wasn’t clearly communicated on Best Buy’s website, which made the situation disappointing. The management explained that honoring the sale price would impact their bottom line, but from a customer perspective, paying an additional $160 just to exchange for the same item in a different size felt unreasonable. I also felt dismissed during the interaction, as there didn’t seem to be any willingness to discuss alternatives or compromise, which left me leaving the store feeling discouraged. Better clarity around exchange policies on wearables would help avoid situations like this in the future.

I walked in knowing what I needed for a doordash order. 3 staff upfront, one asked what I needed I showed her, she point to where I needed to go and said someone will be over to help me in a few. I was thinking perfect store is empty I can get this item quickly and be on my way. Meanwhile I looked for the item I needed and couldnt find it after 10 minutes I looked up and saw staff all over. 3 at the service center(1 helping a customer), 4 upfront(at this point, cashier was checking 1 person out), 2 over at computers(both helping customer). Mind you this was just what was within my eye sight. I then said "hey, can someone help me? I have been waiting patiently and yall are just standing there. Who is supposed to help me??" I was then told everyone was busy so I left WITHOUT the $100.00 item that was in-stock because I couldnt get help unfortunately to find it.
