    Went in to buy some items for my podcast, couldn’t find a couple items that were said to be in stock in the store when I looked online. Circled the store looking for 15 minutes and not one employee wanted to help me, all just standing around pretending like they didn’t see me. Never again shopping here, just ordered everything on Amazon, way easier and less of a headache. Can’t wait for Amazon to put places like this out of business.

    We've made the 1 1/2 hr drive a few times, staff are always professional and courteous. They always recommend the best buy warranty and I always get it because it's absolutely worth it for the money, I mean who wouldn't want to protect their purchase with hassle free warranty swaps or if they no longer stock the warrantied item they'll deduct the price from the next model up and you pay the difference? I love Best buy and almost always exclusively purchase my electronics here over other retailers since I found out manufacturers make cheaper quality models specifically for that big blue W store. Thank you for being awesome Best Buy!

    I found a great deal on an open box KitchenAid product in good condition. I saw it in person and confirmed the condition, then bought it online and came to pick it up a few days later. They brought out a plastic wrapped item with a large scratch and dent that wasn't there when we saw it last. We showed their team a photo to prove it. We returned it on the spot. Very disappointed. Drove over an hour to that specific store.

    I ordered a laptop with a 15 inch screen online (through the local store’s website). It arrived and has a 13 inch screen. I tried the bot chat, waited for 20 minutes, only to get an “agent” who thanked me for being a Best Buy customer. Then another wait. Then “he” asked me if I needed my laptop fixed after I wrote quite clearly that my order was wrong. I then tried calling the store I ordered from to speak with a human. No luck. No matter what button I pushed or line I spoke, I was told that they (AI bot) needed more information to connect me to a person and that I needed to reach out to the third party seller. I spent almost $2,000 on this laptop and software for my business. I did a lot of research online beforehand and only chose Best Buy because of the sale price. It’s pretty simple, folks. If all you provide is incorrect products and a terrible AI customer service experience, you will lose to the online world. At least there, we know everything is virtual. I had hoped that your company could redeem yourselves after a poor appliance purchase experience I had several years ago. I guess not. If this review helps just one person not have the frustrating and disappointing experience I had, then it’s worth the time to write it. I’m sorry for the people who actually work at the store. I was hoping to talk with one of you and get this straightened out in just a matter of minutes. It could and should have been an easy fix. You’ve now lost a customer and earned a bad review for your utter lack of personal customer service and taking the easy route of AI rather than treat people (yes people, because AI can’t purchase a darned thing from you!) with kindness, professionalism and respect.

    If I could leave a negative review I would. Worst store ever. I was sent to the store by Verizon to have them fix my phone they said it was a 5 min fix. I went to Best Buy walked in there was maybe 5 people in the store. A lady stopped us at the door asked what we wanted so I told her Verizon sent us. She told me usually they take walk-ins but not today they are too busy. I asked if there was any way I could get an appointment for today she told me NO. I went back and there was no one where I needed to get my phone fixed the guy said I had to go up front and get an appointment went back up she refused to get me an appointment. She said they were too busy even after I told her the guy said to get me an appointment. Some people let the power go to their head and should never be given it. Never going there for anything now I know why I have never been to Best Buy they are horrible.
