  Placed an order for over 3k, needed these supplies. Asked to make a small inquiry change for who picked it up as the original person intended was sick. Phone support was happier to cancel my order and inconvenience me then help me change the designated person picking up my order. Really goes to show corporate policy is dumber then common sense business.

  April 8th I went into the Saginaw, MI Best Buy to purchase a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 512GB. Five employees stood around staring at me several times, one employee walked by and continued to walk by as I asked for help. The store was NOT busy AT ALL. I was ignored, and then denied help when an employee said, “they don’t work in that area, but someone will be over”. No one came over to help. Unprofessional. Rude. Best Buy must not want business. I ended up ordering my Samsung online through Samsung and shared the experience with them.

  I used to come to Best Buy all the time. Now I rarely do. Popped in to visit a couple times last week. Today was ridiculous. Like eight guys in the laptop area standing around talking. A good number elsewhere in the store wearing the blue shirts. Not many customers at all. Had to go pee. I swear to God, one literally pops open the door and says to another, "Oh, he's using the bathroom..." And then doesn't come in. Why else would I be in there? So freaking weird. Circuit City was weird like this before they shut down too. Go in, random employees just standing around gossiping, you would be looking at something and you could feel people watching you. Wasn't the only one to notice this either. That irks customers and makes them not want to shop. I like people to be employed and contributing to the economy, but if it's going to be like this, I'm just going online to shop.

  Been coming here for 18 years. Customer service has consistently been terrible the past 2 years. They ignore you and will walk right past you. Customer service was much better in the past. Unfortunately, they’re the only Best Buy near me.

  I made an appointment online for the geek squad, and when I showed up my appointment was not there and they were triple booked for my time slot. Other issues have been the delivery service. I bought 4 appliances at the store. It was scheduled with 2 different vendors for delivery. It was a nightmare trying to reschedule the delivery. Yesterday they showed up with part of it....not scheduled and the stove was broken. No one has reached out yet. Hopefully that will be rectified
