  This store is terrible! I went in to see if it would make sense to switch from T Mobile. They offered me $145 for two lines for my business and I took it because I was paying $170. The first bill comes and it’s $200. For the next few months, every bill would come and it was outrageously high and NOT what I agreed to. Come to find out that the employee that sold me the plan got fired for fist fighting with another employee in the store. I finally tracked down the manager, Chris, who said he would help me and then never called back and ignored my messages. I’ve been hung up on and lied to so many times calling the company, and I’m stuck now because they gave us new phones for our t mobile trade ins. Whatever you do, DON’T TRUST THESE GREEDY LIARS!

  Mohammed and Idzal were amazingly helpful and answered all of our questions, taking all the time needed to help get me set up with a new phone, trade in the old one, and get set up with a family plan and service. They provided professional service, were fun and pleasant to chat with, and I would highly recommend this store. Thank you!

  Izal at this location was amazing. I had been putting off coming in because I assumed it would be stressful, but he completely changed that. He was so patient, knowledgeable, and walked me through everything, making the whole process smooth and easy. Truly amazing customer service — Verizon needs more people like him. Thank you, Izal!!

  I just want to say that I live in Detroit and this location is a bit of a drive, but this is the only Verizon I go to for my issues. I have never had a single problem at the Main Street Verizon. I have worked mostly with Izal and Mohammad, and I could not ask for a better experience with either of them. They both have thorough knowledge of Verizon promotions, how your contract with the carrier is structured, and the attributes of each phone. They made an experience that is normally a hassle extremely easy to navigate. I was incredibly grateful as, like everyone else, my phone is extremely important for my life and business. I cannot say enough good things about this location and will be patronizing it as long as those 2 are still working. Thanks Again!
