  After 35 minutes on the phone, being transferred between two AI bots, two call centers in another country, three humans - never did get service scheduled. Lacking quality. Don’t bother with this business.

  Poor customer service and half the electronics displayed are broken. What a poor place to shop. Im gonna go to the utica store from now on.

  Victor was very polite and respectful. Very patient with all the noise my kid was making. And he fixed all my issues. Thank you Victory
