    If you’re placing an express pickup order don’t expect it to be done the same day. I had to call them 3 times for them to pick my order before they closed. I placed the order at 1pm and they didn’t pick it until I called the last time 30 minutes before they closed. I go and get my order and all the employees were sitting around and not doing anything. Like i understand if it was busy but for me to walk in and not a single customer in sight and seeing them sitting irked me a little. I had one small item next time I’ll just go in person but it definitely won’t be at this location. It’s ridiculous.

    I have been with Verizon for over 20 yrs I am trying to contact the support team for 2 days. I was placed on hold over hour and 30 minutes. Then phone was disconnected Very disappointed. I need to find a new carrier.
