I took 4th days my computer in for one thing to be fixed explorer.exe. It was there 4days i do not have it back yet , no they say I have a boot up issue it booted just fine when i took it in. I can only hope it works when i get it back. took it in on a Wednesday it is now Sunday at 430 pm still not back
