Nice store, associates are helpful and honest, I explained what computer I was buying as a gift and they showed me what I needed or a couple other options to select from and did not try to sell me more or sell me something I didn't need I appreciate that! It's spacious and appears clean and well mapped out for shopping for what you need!

Recently went in and purchased a psa grading kit in the store not ONLINE and the box nor anywhere else in the store does it say you can only use one of the 4 promo codes they sell you as a whole this is a scam on behalf of psa and best buy shame on you best buy the only place to see that is online what a scam don't buy psa card grading kits junk shame shame best buy

Ordered a gaming monitor and new vacuum from your store, they were then scheduled to be delivered from a company you guys hired “roadie” the packages never arrived but were marked delivered at 441 am to a ai generated house with my address on it. I’ve called Best Buy corporate 25 times I’ve came into your store I’ve contacted “roadie” 10 times. I was issued a replacement, then the ordered was cancelled because the picture shows my address numbers and marked as delivered. The store manager told me there was nothing they could do in store contact corporate, which I have countless times, I was also told by corporate nothing they could do contact your local authorities and see what they can do, they cannot offer a refund or replacement.

This is my go-to Best Buy location. Always loved this particular store and have shopped here for decades. Anyway, this particular review is centered around my recent purchase from the audio department. I purchased a new Kenwood CD player for my Ford Expedition over the weekend and had it installed today via appointment. I initially started the purchasing process with Autotech lead Christian W., and today at my appointment I met another gentleman named Jesse who had Geek Squad gear on. Both of them worked on my vehicle and had my CD player installed in just over an hour. Maybe even less than that. It was pretty quick. Both showed complete professionalism from the time of purchase until the moment of completion. When I came in over the weekend for my price quote Christian helped me pick out a great player specifically for my needs and today Jesse showed me the features the player had once installed. Great teamwork and excellent customer satisfaction. I couldn't be any happier. I would like for these two gentlemen to get recognized for their work done. They deserve it. Thank you very much!

Writing a review due to the store not holding their employees/themselves accountable for misinformation. I went in to buy headphones and when cashing out I saw a video game. I asked the employee very specifically what the return policy was and if it had to remain unopened. He told me 15 days and that it did not have be unopened. I tried the game on my girls switch and did not want it. Now per the store I can not return the game because it was opened. I didn’t even come into the store for a game. Had I been told the correct information I wouldn’t have gotten the Pokémon game in the first place. Now I’m out of 60$ bucks and the store isn’t taking accountability for their employee.
