    Placed a order online. The order was cancelled. 3 days later they still haven't deposited the money back into my account. Stop trying to blame my bank, literally every retail store I've dealt with for returns the money was put back into my account with in a minutes time and showed up instantly as a pending transaction. 3 days later and I am still out $300. WHERE IS MY MONEY! Do not order from Best Buy online because if your order gets cancelled, apparently you are going to have to jump through hoops to get it back. Definitely filing a Federal Trade Commision complaint about this as well as a complaint to Michigan Licensing and Regulatory affairs

    Ordered a Over the Range microwave from this store online. Immediately had to cancel the order because the delivery date went from January 5th to February 16. Insane SMH. Literally no customer service agents online to talk to. The only options for me was to cancel the order. Who is going to wait over 30 days for a small appliance delivery especially when you are paying $40 for the delivery. Definitely makes me not want to shop with best buy anymore

    We buy every single electronic from Best buy. I would highly recommend purchasing their warranty it pays for itself More than you think. With two boys 11 and 7 and all of their electronics I've had to go in more than once for their VR headsets and with no questions asked. Got a brand new one.

    Best Buy Roseville is running a financial trap where they gladly accept your cash but refuse to return it when they fail to deliver your product. After paying $1,500 in cash for a TV that was repeatedly delayed and never in my possession, I was informed—only after canceling—that the store would not refund my money in the same currency I paid. Their "policy" (which was never disclosed at the time of purchase) is to mail a check for any cash refund over $800, leaving the customer with zero product, zero cash, and zero timeline on when their money will actually arrive. The General Manager was dismissive and rude, offering no explanation other than "this is the way it is," treatiing a massive failure in transparency as a minor inconvenience for the customer. WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS: If you pay more than $800 in cash here, you are essentially giving Best Buy an interest-free loan that you cannot get back on demand; once they have your money, you are at the mercy of a mailbox and a vague corporate policy.

    i gave a four... because i came with intent to buy a gaming computer, but the computer salesman Troy* himself was a schumck... and turned me off too buying a computer completely... but instead.. the saleman David at this Masonic and Gratiot location, was amazing!!! helped me out with multiple things, gave me great advice and sold me on a few products i wasnt really looking for... but the Troy salesman, not only turned me of to purchasing a new computer on spot due to terrible advice, he just eventuslly walked away during mid conversation... actually not only just walking away but, downgraded me to his other coworkers, while i was still in store.. came back in to tell David thankyou again.. and walked right in on Troy continuing to badmouth me, because i asked him questions, he not only didnt understand, but beacause he litterally didnt want to deal with the sale thst involved more questions he was in capable of answering... absolutely terrible service from the saleman Troy in the computer department, but Exquisite help and advice from David who was floating between departments!!! Only Great praises to David for giving me outstanding help and complete compassion.. when the other salesmsn litterally just walked off mid conversation, becuase he was flustered i guess he didnt know the answers too.. wasnt mad just super dissapointed he walked away and never came back to try to help or bring someone else who could, i had to find someone from a didferent department to help me.... DAVID IS A GREAT WORKER.. and if i would of talked to him first i would of walked out with a new computer off rip!!! just saying... troy needs to be trained better or fired for not being able to keep his emotions out of the job... and if he cant help lead me 2 sum1 who can!!!
