He was so helpful as well as very knowledgeable and made it simple transferring phones. Now his manager Annie was another story….we thought she was rude to Brandon and kept interrupting in on our conversation by answering for him when we would ask him questions. She was not professional and all around not pleasant to be around. Thanks again Brandon, you were great!

I don’t mind paying for the setup, but it was written on the receipt that a $40 coupon for accessories would be sent 30 days after the purchase. Never got the coupon or a reply when I send a message to ask about it. Phones are so expensive… every little bit counts, especially trust in advertising.
