Only 1 man Elijah was there and could not help. He actually said God.....Je_us and walked away. When asked to call supervisor on phone, she told us to go to best buy and they have people in tech who can help. Our phones were bought, insured, and protected from verizon. We wasted a lot of time. After calling verizon thank goodness we're were referred to a helpful corporate verizon who knew wht to do

He was so helpful as well as very knowledgeable and made it simple transferring phones. Now his manager Annie was another story….we thought she was rude to Brandon and kept interrupting in on our conversation by answering for him when we would ask him questions. She was not professional and all around not pleasant to be around. Thanks again Brandon, you were great!

I don’t mind paying for the setup, but it was written on the receipt that a $40 coupon for accessories would be sent 30 days after the purchase. Never got the coupon or a reply when I send a message to ask about it. Phones are so expensive… every little bit counts, especially trust in advertising.
