He jumped right into needs of reducing our phone bills and dissected each of our plans, cancelled services we didn’t need and explained everything to us in terms we both could understand. He really went above and beyond to make us aware of discounts we were unaware of and was able to give us two new phones saving us over $150 a month! I highly recommend using his service vs calling Verizon direct!
