- MVMelissa VandePolDec 2, 20255.0Our 9 year old kitty, Charlie, had to be seen kind of urgently and we got a next day appointment with Dr. Shane. I just have to say - we were blessed to have such an amazing visit! I am bad at names, but the sweet miss that took care of us when we got in our room was SO wonderful. He was a drooling, stinky mess and she still loved him like nothing was wrong with him- so kind and gentle. He had to be put under anesthesia for a good look at what was going on, and the doc went above and beyond for our boy! I am so thankful the visit went as well as it did, that it is all over and Charlie is home and resting comfortably. Thank you, Dr. Thellman, for the wonderful care you gave our "Grandpa Charlie."

She’s back to living her best life thanks to VCA Richland veterinarians, nurses and techs! They show patience and love to all of our other four legged babies! Luna, Bella, Wanda and vision! Thanks for being so great!

Not only that but they beat my old vets quote to spay my 13 month old gsd by over $1000 and schedule it a month sooner. They were super friendly and not pushy like other vets I've dealt with.
