Dr Buchanan and the rest of the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure we receive the best care. The staff is so understanding and caring towards me and my dog. I am so thankful for all they do for me and my sweet boy!
- PPPaulaDec 30, 20255.0I have been coming to VCA BeechRoad Animal Hospital since the early 2000s and am very satisfied with the care my fur babies have received. The staff goes above and beyond to show how much they care. One example, in '23 my dog was extremely ill, but I couldn't pick up a Rx before they closed...the receptionist went out of her way to drop it off in my mailbox. An act of kindness like that is never forgotten .The vets call and check on my pets progress, and they are compassionate and reassuring when it's time to say goodbye. Thank you for all you do at VCA Beech Road Animal Hospital.
