Dr Buchanan and the rest of the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure we receive the best care. The staff is so understanding and caring towards me and my dog. I am so thankful for all they do for me and my sweet boy!

The staff goes above and beyond to show how much they care. One example, in '23 my dog was extremely ill, but I couldn't pick up a Rx before they closed...the receptionist went out of her way to drop it off in my mailbox. An act of kindness like that is never forgotten .The vets call and check on my pets progress, and they are compassionate and reassuring when it's time to say goodbye. Thank you for all you do at VCA Beech Road Animal Hospital.

They care a lot for the animals and the care club they offer at the Beech road location fits my fixed monthly budget just fine. I've referred several people to VCA and they have been satisfied as well with the level of care your fur baby receives from the staff. Thank y'all so much for the level of care you give my baby and all the clients you have.
