He suffered with me through two hours of back and fourth with customer service and though we didn’t resolve the issue he still tried his best to make sure it gets resolved soon. To Verizon corporate: Stop outsourcing, start empowering reps like Alex to actually solve issues. You waste incredible talent by weighing them down like this.
