- PPPatriot248Dec 13, 20171.0This store sold me an LG stylo3. The assistant mngr put my pone case on and the screen protector. The screen protector bubbled so he put on another as I watched. It bubbled again in the same spots. He asked me to give it a couple days. I did. Bubbles did not go away. I called and they said we will call you when we get another one in. They did and I went back. Wrong screen protector. They appologized and said the would try again. I went back still the wrong screen protector. I was supposed to be contacted by their mngr. Never called. I called back and got him. I told him i wanted a resolution by the following monday or a phone call from a manager to discuss a resolution plan or phone replacement. He never called. I called corporate. After about 5 phone calls to them and them lying to me no one will help. The real problem is the top and bottom of the screen are warped and will not accept a screen protector without bubbles. Cricket is awfull and this phone is DEFECTIVE. The assistant manager is a coward who has no integrity. Cricket will loose my 5 phone plan due to this. Beware. Good ain't cheap and cheap ain't good. Terrible service.
