- MGMichael GriffithAug 8, 20201.0First off, if I could give this location 0 stars, I would. If you are unfortunate enough to use cricket, do not go to this location. The Owner, whose name is Michael is an awful representative for cricket. He will talk down to you, mislead you with information and then get mad at you for not knowing all the hidden fees that he doesn't acknowledge until trying to gloss over them. When calling him out on his attitude, he says that he doesn't have one. When saying I was going to call his supervisor and file a complaint, he said "I am the owner, this is my store" so I called customer service and filed a complaint and permanently severed my relationship with this company. Good riddance.
