My husband and I ordered two iPhone 17s and the staff transferred my number to the new phone that was still sitting in the box after my husband explicitly told them not to. This left me stranded on a work trip to California without a working phone. When I went back to deal with my phone trade ins and they said they would get back to me, and shocking, no one ever did. Then the bill arrives and there are THREE lines added to our account that we did not authorize. Based on everything we experienced, this team cannot be trusted and were completely careless. I would tell anyone who wants to use this agent: stay far far away!!!

Instead, the representative added three unauthorized phone lines and multiple nonexistent tablet lines to my account - blatant fraud. My next bill increased by over $400 because of these fraudulent additions. When I contacted the store to address the issue, I received no response whatsoever. I ultimately had to go to the corporate Verizon store in Canton, where their team spent hours untangling the mess created here. This Plymouth location operates with dishonest, slimy practices and shows zero accountability. Beware and stay far away from this store.

I was set up with a device that was not activated properly and signed up for services I explicitly asked to NOT receive such as a protection plan and cloud services then I was dishonestly quoted about my monthly fees. Then they would not accept my return (illegal in and if itself). This all while being extremely rude in the process. I have made a formal complaint with corporate Verizon and I'm sure they will lose their vendor license very soon if this is how they operate. Do not go here. Go to a corporate Verizon store instead of this dishonest franchise.
