Then the bill arrives and there are THREE lines added to our account that we did not authorize. Based on everything we experienced, this team cannot be trusted and were completely careless. I would tell anyone who wants to use this agent: stay far far away!!!

My next bill increased by over $400 because of these fraudulent additions. When I contacted the store to address the issue, I received no response whatsoever. I ultimately had to go to the corporate Verizon store in Canton, where their team spent hours untangling the mess created here. This Plymouth location operates with dishonest, slimy practices and shows zero accountability. Beware and stay far away from this store.
