  So, my story begins when I dropped my phone at work and shattered the screen. I know. Ugh. I immediately went into panic mode and hoped I had insurance on my device. I know a lot of new phones come out, but mine is perfect. I went to the store to speak to a real person because life is hard enough already without having to deal with robot dictating the outcome of your device. Thankfully Donna and Roxi were way ahead of me. They not only explained how to file a claim, but once I received my device preceded to hurdle their way through a VERY DIFFICULT process with only ONE TABLET to do so. Despite this minor setback for two pros these gals did there best to perform the task while playing the best 80s rock list. I could not have curated a better list people. After an hour of runarounds, having to explain to others walking in they only had one tablet, and failed attempts at activated my new sim card, they got approval from the boss and they finally got my new device activated! These two went above and behind for every guest that came in while I was there. With how many companies there are for cell service its always a plus when the customer service looks like this. Great job ladies. Keep up the good work over there. Thank you. 🙂

  ROXI, WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO TACKLE THE TROUBLESOME ISSUES THAT WERE OBSTRUCTING MY USD USE OF MY NEWLY PURCHASED SA GALAXY,, A-16 cell phone. On my receiving my A-16 it was loaded with files that didn't belong and frankly files that were hampering the function of phone that is until ROXI went through my ENTIRE PHONE and reconfigured LITTERALLY every app good or bad and placed each into its own separate account / catlagory! Her, Roxi's tireless and unending challenge to write, a wronged ship before it had a had a chance. To be sold in vane, all because of too many app's that ROXI discovered shouldn't have been loaded onto my phone to begin with. ROXI'S KNOWLEDGE OF APPS IS WHAT WAS ABLE TO CLEAR THE SYSTEM OF THE JUNK APPS THAT SOMEHOW GOT DOWNLOADED ONTO MY A - 16 CELL PHONE!!!!!! AN ROXI'S EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF APPS ID WHAT TURNED MY USELESS A - 16 INTO A WORKABLE & VIABLE A - 16 THAT I WAS JUST READY TO TRADE WITH ANYTHING THAT I COULD AFFORD TO GET AND PITCH THIS PIECE OF JUNK IN THE GARBAGE'****** BUT ®®® ROXI ***** AND HER KNOWLEDGE WAS ABLE TO SAVE MY PHONE,

  Have not had a good experience at this store until Donna showed up. She is amazing and she deserves a raise. She always has a smile and is very helpful.
