- JCJames ChalmersNov 6, 20255.0ROXI, WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO TACKLE THE TROUBLESOME ISSUES THAT WERE OBSTRUCTING MY USD USE OF MY NEWLY PURCHASED SA GALAXY,, A-16 cell phone. On my receiving my A-16 it was loaded with files that didn't belong and frankly files that were hampering the function of phone that is until ROXI went through my ENTIRE PHONE and reconfigured LITTERALLY every app good or bad and placed each into its own separate account / catlagory! Her, Roxi's tireless and unending challenge to write, a wronged ship before it had a had a chance. To be sold in vane, all because of too many app's that ROXI discovered shouldn't have been loaded onto my phone to begin with. ROXI'S KNOWLEDGE OF APPS IS WHAT WAS ABLE TO CLEAR THE SYSTEM OF THE JUNK APPS THAT SOMEHOW GOT DOWNLOADED ONTO MY A - 16 CELL PHONE!!!!!! AN ROXI'S EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF APPS ID WHAT TURNED MY USELESS A - 16 INTO A WORKABLE & VIABLE A - 16 THAT I WAS JUST READY TO TRADE WITH ANYTHING THAT I COULD AFFORD TO GET AND PITCH THIS PIECE OF JUNK IN THE GARBAGE'****** BUT ®®® ROXI ***** AND HER KNOWLEDGE WAS ABLE TO SAVE MY PHONE,

All is good until you need customer service in any fashion . If you need any meaningful help in anyway forget it with cricket and unfortunately this is the only location in our area so you cant even go elsewhere unless you drive to Gaylord
