What a kind , thoughtful and knowledgeable young soul he turned out to be! He not only talked to me like a human, but did NOT talk above me, as a tech person I am not. He followed thru on texting my hubby on the day I wanted, not just once but twice and made sure we knew the options.I was informed by him that the “lite internet was now in my neighborhood and he graciously gave me the router right then to take home and try before cancelling with an aweful internet service we have now. After his vacation we stopped in and not only are we changing our internet but we both are upgrading our phone. We are just so happy with not only our internet will be better, not so many outages every month but also better phones! And having Nathaniel five minutes from my home IS…. You guessed it PRICELESS
