We started the journey with Nathaniel, he did an outstanding job getting our order for three phones. We went to the store to day to pick up our phones and port our numbers from AT&T. Now we got tag teamed by Nathaniel and Char!!! Amazing over the top service. The two of them worked well past the store hours to get our three phones activated and set up. The experience was over the top! congratulations to both Char and Nathaniel!! Great representatives of Verizon and they get CUSTOMER SERVICE! Highly recommend this store and both of these staff members! Thanks again to Char and Nate job well done!!
