Briana was very accommodating and helpful all throughout the process from the moment we walked in, we felt so welcome and she gave us all the options available that fits our needs that didn’t cost us an arm and a leg. Overall, it was quite an experience and we definitely recommend this place in Lake Orion.

I was able to speak Verizon 1-800 customer service and was told imei swap was completed but neglected to swap the sim. We brought the non Verizon but unlocked phone to the Verizon store and the gentleman absolutely crushed it. He instantly noticed the lack of sim and got us going, we walked in and walked out in under 5 minutes. Even with the non branded Verizon and the account not being in either of our names the gentleman still was able to solve our issue. Great staff and customer service

You would think they would want to make at least the amount of the phone. Untrained and unhelpful. I should have read some of the other reviews.
