Our business has been using Verizon for many years and we love them, but some experiences buying phones or updating our services in certain stores has been a nightmare. This store has been sooooo much better. We now drive from Owosso where we live or Lansing where we work to this store past multiple other Verizon stores to do business with this store because it's that much better.
