I waited 40 minutes to get help with my Verizon phone , I finally got help , & the guy didn't know Nothing about a android phone , he only knew how to fix IPhone problems.
He said this place only upgrades , or sell products , gave me a 1800 # to call .

This is the single most inept Verizon store I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I was told because I lost my phone and didn't have my email password they couldn't sell me a phone in store but had to order me one. After two hours in the store they said they were finally able to order me a phone. Needless to say the phone never was ordered. I went to the local Owosso store and twenty minutes later I had a phone that was purchased from the store. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

Verizon STOLE $1,000 DOLLARS from my husband and I through this store. A few years ago we went in as android users, both with the newest flagship Samsung galaxy note phones at the time. We had been unhappy with the customer service with our previous provider and thought we’d have better luck with Verizon - WRONG. We even have a business account with them which gives us better perks. Anyways a year and 6 months into our service relationship with them (we’d traded in our brand new $1,000 dollar phones with them, gotten our new iPhones by then and had them for that long) suddenly our bill skyrockets to more than $120 MORE per month and they tried to tell us that when we sent in our IDENTICAL new phones (different colors, same model) to trade in, that they received a different phone for my trade in. This was incorrect and we’ve spent many Saturday’s going into stores and even time on the phone with WILLIAM JEFFERIES (their regional manager) to try and solve this. Interesting thing is - the guys in the store could see they’d actually received the correct phone but couldn’t do anything about it without higher privileges in their system - hence the contact with William. However he was incredibly unhelpful and we continue to have to pay back the $1,000 because they say they got a lesser phone. So now here we sit having given them my new $1,000 phone in return for the new iPhone and still paying for the phone like we never had a trade in to begin with. BUYER BEWARE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR PHONE SERVICE NEEDS.
Edit 9/25: We ended up having to report Verizon to the FCC and were finally able to receive a reasonable resolution but for all the headaches, and the many hours spend in the store and on the phone over multiple months, I can’t wait to say goodbye to Verizon.
