- AAAngelaFeb 18, 20261.0My phone got damaged so I had to go to the store to buy “one” new phone. Vern was the sales associated he was nice at first and then Quickly became very rude and condescending when I didn’t want to add a new line, (two phones),Insurance, many streaming Subscriptions “to save money”. I asked For him to show me on the tablet how I would save money. He said he will show me AFTER I sign as he was on the last page. I asked if he could write it down He said “I’m not going to do that.” I told him I’m not going to sign anything unless I can see. Finally showed me the tablet, and was magically able to show me the page with the breakdown of my cost. I asked if I could hold it because It was too far away he abruptly said no. when I did see it showed my bill increasing by over a100 a month. Then he proceeded to tell me that that’s not going to be my monthly bill. As you can see with other reviews, they are not upfront and transparent and will say anything to increase their sales. Beware!

Sammy completed the payment for me. In addition she helped reset my second number on my phone. This required calling technical support. Sammy was patient, professional and personable. Thank you Sammy for all your help!
