The person I dealt with was very professional, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, the extended warranty on my laptop had expired so I chose not to get it fixed. I will definitely go back there to buy another one but couldn't deal with it tonight.

Customer service is low on the list of priorities. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this Best Buy location, but it's definitely the last because I'll be spending my money somewhere else.
I bought an item after being assured if it didn't meet my needs it could be returned without a restocking fee. It didn't work for me, so I went to return it a few weeks later and found out, of course, there was a $50 restocking fee.
I spoke with a manager who said he didn't "doubt" one of his employees told me there would be no restocking fee, but there was nothing he could do about it.
$50 is a lot to me. It shouldn't be anything to a 14 billion dollar company. But apparently it's s worth losing a Best Buy Total memeber who spends thousands of dollars in your store each year.

One of the "Best" Best Buy stores ive been to. Everyone we encountered was helpful and knowledgeable. Took the time to answer even the smallest questions in great detail. Will go out of my way to return here.

I'm giving this one 5 stars only because of the excellent service I received last visit. I purchased a TV online for Christmas and stock ran out before I could pick it up, but the salesman there was able to find a comparable model for an even better price in the store. I feel bad I can't remember his name atm but hats off to you sir!
