  As I've said in other posts I gave it four stars because you know it's freaking huge corporation they should be on point everything should be correct and over all this place is always been a decent enough experience when I stop in and out for a variety of things over the years. If there was one drawback and it's pretty much the same everywhere if you're trying to get your phone service or attention it could be waiting a little bit but frankly usually I wait a lot less at this place and other places when it comes to going over phone problems

  Your guys phone system is miserable. Sat on the phone for 30 minutes with a guy who didn't know what was going on to try and move and appointment 15 minutes. I don’t want to talk to your AI system.

  I’ve always liked Best Buy as a company, but this particular location is easily the worst I’ve visited. It used to be decent, but the experience has gone noticeably downhill. One of the biggest issues is how they’ve combined the security role with the greeter at the front. The person monitoring cameras is also the one approaching customers, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere right from the moment you walk in. Instead of a polite greeting, I was immediately confronted and asked what I was looking for—without any sense of courtesy or customer service. When I said I didn’t need help, he insisted that I had to tell him what I was shopping for. I chose to walk away since I knew exactly what I needed and where to find it. However, shortly after, another employee approached me in a way that felt suspicious and intrusive, again questioning what I was doing. The whole interaction made me feel as though I was being treated like a potential shoplifter rather than a customer. As someone who has been an Elite member for years and has made several major purchases at Best Buy, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Out of curiosity, I later checked online and found that others have reported similar experiences at Best Buy. Unfortunately, this has left a negative impression, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
