  Stopped in the other day and probably had the worst customer experience of my life. Checked in, waited over an hour, and to my surprise, I see someone that had walked in AFTER me (also a walk-in with no prior appointment scheduled) get helped BEFORE me. I say something and then magically get helped… or so I thought. I asked for a proof of purchase and was told “no problem, let me just go print this and I’ll be right back”, but came back from the back room and proceeded to help another customer instead. Confused, I asked “what is happening? I simply need a paper printed out. Not sure how long that takes.” And another worker chimes in saying “he’s literally going back there to print it.” As he was still out in the main room. Eventually he decides to walk back to the back room to get it, and I take it home. Not sure if the guy with the beard was new but he definitely did not print me a proof of purchase. I’m not sure what he printed me at all because it’s clearly not what I needed. Needless to say, I will never return to this location with or without an appointment after being treated poorly by not only one employee, but two. Side note: When I walked into the store there were 12 appointments ahead of me. There was one worker to be seen helping someone. An hour later, there appeared to be 3. Not sure why the two were hiding in the back while you have 13 people in line waiting to get helped. Absolutely would not recommend this location to anyone, ever. Shame on you, Verizon.

  Matt is awesome! He had my problem fixed within minutes and was very enjoyable to work with. Do not waste your time at the other Novi Verizon locations, unless you have 3 hours to kill and want to raise your blood pressure.

  Russell Cellular overall was not a great company to work with and the situation I was placed in was handled terribly. I was very inclined to leave a 1 star review for this location after what happened with my family. The novi store manager, Matt, though, changed everything for us. Even after the DM contacted us saying he couldn’t help us and that we should find a different Verizon store to work with, Matt continued reaching out to us to try to fix the situation. Matt got everything handled for us and got us exactly what we needed when everyone else at Russell Cellular was telling us there was no helping us. Matt deserves a raise/promotion because he was awesome!!
