He went to the back and I waited for about 40 minutes before I saw him and he was helping someone else.

I checked in and was OK with waiting, but they took other people before me that had not checked in and had just walked in. Very unprofessional store and service, not meeting Verizon standards and needs new management and better employees.

From the managers, Jeremy and Trey, to the sales associates, Autumn and Lisa, everyone was dedicated to getting my phones and internet hooked up. Be prepared to wait if you walk in to get something resolved, I would recommend either coming when they open or scheduling an appointment. But rest assured that the staff here will resolve any problems to the best of their ability.

I walked up to the door at 10:01 locked. The employees inside see me but let me walk back to my truck to then unlock the door. Now that I am in the store when I attempt to return my phone. “Kerron” said “your find my won’t turn off” then sat there in silence. Long story short he couldn’t take my phone at the time. Without explaining why or telling me what to do he flipped his iPad in my direction and started slamming his finger against to to ensure me whatever was not working was indeed doing that. Horrible customer service. They are rude. Def will not go back to this Verizon store. When I got my new phone at this store my experience was also sketchy as when I was getting my final bill they tried to slip in the “premium” coverage just incase I move out of the country. They are a bunch of stressed out teenagers that will try to get you over in this store. Forgot to add that when I asked “kerron” if I could return it to another store since I’m tired of driving to that location he replied “I’m from flint so I don’t know”
