In particular, Tim was very helpful and guided me through plan options and device setup — friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. While customer service with Total Wireless online or by phone can sometimes be slow or difficult based on what I’ve read from other users, my in-store experience with Tim made it much smoother. I’d recommend stopping by and asking for Tim if you need help choosing a plan or setting up your phone!

I purchased a prepaid phone, tried to activate the phone myself and 6 hours later (not even kidding) 6 hours I got NO WHERE. The phone itself was set up but every time I would try to activate it a message popped up and said “The information you entered belongs to a device from a different account. The device must first be removed before adding it to this account.” IDK how when I’ve never had an account with that carrier/server, ever. Then when I would call the phone number provided I would be half way in it stated “congratulations on your new phone. Hold please” and then it would hang up seconds later or an operator would say “no agents are available at this time” and end call. Called four different times same results. In between those times I’d chat with Best Buy and Verizon. No results I was extremely frustrated. I went to google and looked for the hours of the customer service line and unbeknown to me I found a store that was less than 3 miles from me 🤦🏾♀️. I walked in a 6p and was out by 6:30p ❤️. Jeff got straight to it and helped me out with no problems. Thank you soo much Jeff 🤗. I wish I would have known earlier. I would have saved so much time. He’s very professional and knowledgeable about his work. Very patient as well. Thanks again. I would highly recommend!!!!
