The GM of the store told me to "go to HP, its under their warrantee or I'd have to pay $150 to the Geek Squad". HP has had the laptop ever since, I'm out $600+ dollars with Best Buy saying too bad. They don't stand behind anything they sell, just direct you to the Mfg., and then you get an oversees person who has no clue.
