  Everyone was very helpful from the time I walked until I left. The front employees helped guide me to what I was looking for (laptops) and Branden ended up assisting me. Another employee came over, I hate that I can't think of her name but she was also helpful as well. I would definitely recommend Branden outside of my purchase we had great small talk about real estate. Keep up the great work.

  Impossible to get past the AI BS on the phone when calling in. I literally needed to ask if they had an estimate on when a product was going to be back in stock. The AI just kept asking me questions that were not getting me to where I needed to be.

  The newest state on the Magnolia room has not been the same since Joe (the very knowledgeable manager) worked there. I was speaking to an associate about the civility and lack of couresty of another associate when Tyler (the current manager) decided to intercept my thoughts before they were rendered to anyone (and he was completely wrong). I would have rather have spoken to an undeveloped AI bot. What he said to me made no sense but he continued to fake the rest of this statement anyway. I will rather pay a little more money to the mom and pop businesses then that big box store. Best Buy lasted longer than "Circuit City" but there day is coming with more managers of this caliber. I brought two televisions from there within the last two years and I was going to pull the trigger on an high-end audiophile (which takes a little research). Most people are going to take as much time it requires. He interrupted me to informed of his upcoming appointment as if inquires were less important.

  Wife and went to Best Buy to look at their TV displays. First I want to Thank their future CEO Kevin for taking the time to show us the various TV models, their technical differences and what our price range could afford us the best deal. He is a perfect salesman , not pushy but helpful and patient with us seniors. Secondly I want to thank BEST BUY for having the absolute best floor model sizes, brands and types of various TV configurations. So we bought a little better than what we intended but walked out happy with our purchase and their 3 day delivery! So the TV set gets delivered and I’m reducing my rating from 5 star to one STAR. When the delivery guys showed up they refused to take off there shoes and were ok with tracking snow on our “just cleaned carpet”. I asked if I called your manager what would he say? He said they have those blue booties but they just wet anyway . One guy was plain rude when I asked him about taking the other TV upstairs as I was told they would do as part of the $119 dollar set up charge.. There sei is to take the 85 inch TV out of the box, set it where you want it, plug it in and leave. Afterward, The one guy offered to take the other TV upstairs but I told him not with your snow packed shoes on, trying to call the store and talk to a manager is also non-existent. Worse delivery service I have ever experienced.
