I had a horrible experience with Meta Ray-Ban display glasses. I had scheduled a demo and completed the 20 minute demo. After it was done, they asked if I wanted to register for it, which I agreed to, and he said I should be receiving an email within 48 hours. However, I didn't receive any email. When I went there and asked the front door guy, "I'm here for Meta display glasses," he said, "That's the section over there, please ask the respective person, he will be back shortly." I waited for 20 minutes, but no one came and assisted me. Then, when I approached the same person again, he said he had left for the day, and that was it – no apologies or anything like that.

Michael, BB associate assisted us a few nights ago when me & my friend went shopping for my brand new TV. Michael is very courteous & had patience during the chaotic hours on that night. However, the installation of a new TV took two of us set it up but it didnt turned out as expected. The screen of my 50" new TV was discovered cracked & we had to bring it back the very next morning. I would highly recommend for the delivery of your new TV at home. The delivery driver delivers your new TV and take your old TV away. Although there are some exceptions, refer to Best Buy Key Delivery Options first. Bottom Line: Delivery is often free for larger TVs to the room, but free setup/installation is usually an add-on or membership perk, so confirm at checkout.

Great prices. They'll work with customers to lower prices. Lots of products in-store & much more online with fast shipping. Clean, convenient hours & plenty of parking. Great customer service & excellent complete extended service plan by Bestbuy ($179/yr) that would cover a lot of items bought after the purchase of plan, now: TV Screen Damage NOT Covered). Great managers, Sam (District manager), Gabby (Customer service) & Andrew (Electronics).

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don’t buy appliances here as they subcontract delivery and you don’t know when you’re going to get your items! Don’t tell me to reach out on social media. Purchased appliances in November, it’s almost January & we’re still waiting. It was to be delivered today and we got a cancellation call same day as scheduled delivery worse part, we have to call & get another delivery date. They couldn’t just say we’ll come tomorrow. We called & they couldn’t reschedule. So someone is riding around with our appliances while we are struggling. Went to Best Buy & you would almost think we didn’t buy them there they seemed more helpless than us. Pitiful! Delivery company if RXO. Run!!
