- DDDeanna Denny1 day ago5.0I feel like everyone is friendly here despite having a very high workload. Perhaps being a Sunday it was very busy but I feel like this store is always busy. I came here to just get my battery fixed but after discussion realized instead of doing tney it was time to replace my old MacBook Air so I did do that. Had a weird glitch when loading my local files to new computer so they were nice enough to let me come back in a couple hours to pick up the computer I appreciated that considering they were so busy. Love my new MacBook Air if anything it was worth it.

I came in today with a laptop that wouldn't charge, and no appointment. They were full for the night, I thought I'd have to come back. The guy at the front helped me try another charger real quick, and it turned out to be my cable. Got me a new one and I walked out with problem fixed! Took like five minutes. So nice of him to go above and beyond: makes me feel a little better about the world.
- AAAhmed6 days ago1.0Went in to get my phone replaced as it was cracked on both front and back. I pay for apple care so it should be no issue getting a new phone that same day. The “genius” Fahad told me that since it’s fixable I would have to pay $50 dollars to get the same phone fixed. Why pay for apple care? I then asked “if the phone were in worse condition would I be able to get a new one?” He said “since I’ve already seen it I would deny that service.” The manager was also rude and dismissive. He said he would put in “the notes” that if I went to another Apple Store for them to deny my request. Final take: if you pay for apple care and want a new device that same day, destroy it beyond repair so that you can move on with your day and not wait 3-5 business days for a new device.

He has been doing this for 5 years and said the Verizon store would say the same thing. We went to the Verizon store and walked out 30 minutes later with a new phone and did not need to pay off the phone. For 5 years this sales person has been scamming people.
