It genuinely felt like the staff were more welcoming and attentive toward white and Black customers, while I, as a brown customer, barely received the same treatment. On top of that, my trade-in was handled poorly instead of processing the value back to my original payment method, they pushed it into a gift card without properly explaining it beforehand. Overall, the visit left me feeling ignored and misled. Definitely not the level of service I expected from Apple. I did get what I needed in the end, but the overall experience was disappointing.
