  At Best Buy they sell you service and when I bought a washer and dryer, I paid for the service and unfortunately the courier that they contracted out to didn’t complete the service Yes, the store attempted to work with me, but they never provided the services that I paid for that I needed so that would make me want to think twice when dealing with Best Buy especially if it’s a product I can’t take home with me

  Went in to buy a TV. I knew the one I wanted it was a sale the store was doing and the employee that helped me tried everything he could to up sell me or get me to bundle or buy other stuff I didn't want. Kind of makes you feel like it's not an electronic store but more of a fairgrounds where the carnies try to make you play there games where only they win. Sad that I cant just walk in buy what I want to buy and leave without being harassed or made to feel less than cause I didn't buy a bigger more expensive TV. Then I didn't buy the soundbar he suggested , then I wouldnt buy there weird warranty, then I was asked to donate money on the checkout screen without being prompted or even told what I was donating to.

  I went in for speakers and got exactly what I needed! Thanks to the team that assisted me that day. Product knowledge is very important working at a place like this. That helped shorten my visit! I got the Edifier R1280T speakers for my record player & the quality is excellent!

  Came here yesterday with my parents searching for new laptops. We spoke to Kory(?) who was incredibly helpful with recommendations. I felt like he was genuinely trying to help me find something that would work well for my gaming needs, as opposed to trying to upsell me every unnecessary model (like other stores tend to do). He even helped my mother out with something for her Best Buy card, and was very informative. If you're looking for a store with quick service and helpful employees, this is the location for you!

  I recently purchased a cell phone and was not allowed to use a $250 E-gift card because I was told that it contained no funds. I was given a reference number to contact corporate and told that I would receive a replacement gift card by the corporate team on the phone because they could see that the E-gift card was fraudulently used. I did not receive the card after four days, so I called back for an update. I was told that this was not the responsibility of best buy by best buy corporate staff, and that I would have to contact the authorities for a police report...I don't understand how this could be considered good customer service!!! They should have told me this from the beginning instead of informing me that I would receive the replacement after a couple of days. I initially received the E-gift card as a part of a promotion for the purchase of a refrigerator and it helped to make the difference vs. purchasing a similar refrigerator at CostCo. I will source my future purchases through Costco from this point forward as I have experienced much better customer service through their corporate customer care team!
