  Leaving a review for my business account. We took a trip out to the Northville location. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Carol! From start to finish, Carol really took her time and helped with transfers of new phones, ensuring that everything was successfully transferred, walked through all the new features, and even helped us with accessories. Carol nailed it! Now everyone at work plans to make their way to see Carol. What a sweet young lady to work with. Jim

  This store is my go to for my cell phone! Sabrina is amazing and always very helpful! She knows what she’s doing and makes the entire phone upgrading experience smooth and easy! Will not go anywhere else! 10/10 for customer service! Thank you so much!

  We were not looking to coming to try and fix an iWatch we could not get to update the software and then re-repair. But Carol was able to help us through the process in no time. We were also impressed that while she was helping us, she was also welcoming other customers coming in as well as helping her Verizon colleagues with questions. Go see Carol for help at the Verizon store at Beck and 5 Mile. Thanks again Carol!

  I had a great experience with the store. Sam was extremely helpful. The day before, I had gone to one of the corporate stores to add a line at first they offered me a deal to get a free phone and they were clear about the model. When they printed out the quote, right when we were getting ready to check out, we noticed that the phone they were giving us was the lower model. Both the manager and the sales person were clear about the model at the beginning and then they did the bait and switch. I cancelled the deal. I dropped by Wireless Zone on my way home from work and spoke to Sam. He was apologetic that they had done that to us and looked into options for us. After a lot of discussion, we determined that the best course of action would be to contact Verizon, who also stepped up and made things right and gave us the phone that we were initially quoted. I highly recommend this place if you don't want the feeling of a "car dealership" where the sales person has to consult with the manager multiple times. Customer service like that is hard to come bye now a days. Thanks Wireless Zone.
