Today I experienced a very negative and unwilling to help employee named Byran. As my time at store went on I decided to return the iPad I just purchased along with 2 screen savers because of the way we were being treated. Everyone needs to be treated equal. My wife and I were treated like we didn't exist. Never going back to this store and reporting this to Verizon corporate along with considering moving to another provider after 35 years!
