After walking into this Verizon store I can say with 100% confidence my mentality was wrong. After talking with the gentleman Hussein, I felt this employee genuinely cared about giving me the best service instead of making a quick buck off of me. He was very patient and explained all of there packages and which ones made the most sense for me to purchase based on my situation. My family and I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon.

Myself along with 5 others waited for almost an hour before leaving due to them not opening at their scheduled time. We could see someone inside walking around but when you call no one would answer. I called customer service to verify the hours they were open and they said the store should be open. Either the hours haven't been updated both through Verizon and Google or something else was going on. Very frustrating none the less.
