  Wow. My wife and I I went in 2 times and had Will, the manager, help us both times. What an asset for a company to have. He was kind, friendly, helpful, and professional. I will now go out of my way to go here for assistance in the future. Will has all the characteristics of someone you want in charge. Stand out service!

  Customer service here is GREAT! Not to mention the awesome promotions they run for new customers! I had Cricket before but switched to another service. I disliked the new service so I switched back to Cricket. They got me a great phone, a great plan and saved me money on my monthly bill! I love their service area and their customer service representatives are awesome!

  Real people work here. Real people in the sense that they told me about all my options for their service and weren't heavy handed or pushy about it. It was refreshing for to have a salesperson that didn't sound like they're reading from a script.
