  I tried to return fully unopened airpods 3 weeks after purchase. The online communication said it would be at the discretion of the store manager. I talked w Ben and Adam at this store and they said their return policy was 14 days unless I wanted to pay an annual fee to become a premium customer. They were sticking to the policy. No refund or credit. Good bye Best Buy...

  I have had a love/hate with this store. Some of their former employees were disrespectful, and bluntly rude. So, I avoid this store like the plague. When I entered there today it reflected. For the second time, I had the privilege of working with Ced. I wrote a great review on him long ago, then had to replace it with the trash that was inflicted on me by others from this store. Ced cleared up all of my concerns and I spoke with several employees about this today. I will admit, Best Buy got a long time customer back today. Ced: Best Buy MVP. Keep that in mind when you come here. P.S. His coworker that helped me load up my frig, I didn't catch his name, but he's a Rockstar too. Thank you both for helping me settle this longtime grudge.

  Was trying to get through to somebody to get a quote on a remote car starter, took about 10 minutes for someone to answer, and he could barely speak English, I hung up, and called again, had a different person who could barely speak english, got frustrated, and went somewhere else.

  I have a suggestion for this store. I had an unexpected experience today when I went to buy two Nest camera products. The two cameras were on sale so I decided to buy them. The cashier, however, would not honor the sale price. I asked to talk to the manager. He said the sale ended yesterday. Ok, fair. But why is the sale price still posted on the shelf? He said it says that the sale ended yesterday. I looked at the price tag again. There was a small fine print in the corner of the tag saying that the sale ended yesterday. I dont think many people would notice that fine print and the tag should have been removed yesterday. Also when talking to the manager, he basically treated me like this is what it is and you can't have the sale price. I think an apology for leaving the sale tag on the shelf and "sorry for your inconvenience" from him would have been helpful. I didn't like the treatment there. Maybe this is a one time event for them but unfortunately I was that "one time.)
