  Worst customer service I've EVER see explicitly coming from a place that advertises good service. The person who was working today and just sat there inside on his phone the whole time who wanted to say how his boss wouldn't like that I was waiting inside (remind you its cold outside) and how i was loitering and pretty much saying I was homeless just because of how I looked. I'm literally a full time mother. And just because I was waiting under 2 mins for my ride before he got cocky and rude about how much longer I could just wait inside and repeating himself about how his boss wouldnt like it I got upset by his tone and disgusting disrespectfulness I accidentally said the f bomb while i was calling my ride to see where they were.where then he decided to tell me out so I left without issue and he wanted to laugh and smirk about it like that's what he wanted and be immature shows how much of a not decent human being he was if you guys don't want people there and not "loitering" then get a sign that says so instead of people getting treated how I did.

  Who ever was working today at 2:15pm was rude, not helpful, and just wanted to sit on his phone the entire time. If that's who y'all hire for a district manager I'm never going to cricket and not recommending them to anyone.

  The worker (Luke) was rude, difficult and tried to deny an authorized exchange from corporate.
