At first I was happy then they switched up on me at first they were giving me 300 for my trade in that was a lie they give me 150 n I told them I’d rather keep the phone then to take 150 for it then they originally said my bill would be 115 a month because I bundled it and I was gonna do auto pay and this and that in the other and now it’s like 165 a month I would not recommend switching to Verizon they say one thing n then do the opposite and your stuck not very professional guys

Went in to transfer phone services, upgrade my phone, and purchase a watch. I had a wonderful experience thanks to Taylor, Angel, and Matthew. I had called the store to ask for some help with the settings on my phone. Was told I needed to come in as soon as possible to have my phone number changed due to the scam calls I was receiving. When I got to the store the women came up to me asked me the issue, I explained everything. She told me to go home and do a factory reset on my phone, offering no assistance to help. She did not introduce herself, ask my name, ask my phone # or even touch my phone to help figure out what the issue was. When I asked if there was another alternative then just doing a factory reset on my phone she told me no and proceeded to walk away. After pressing her again for more help she tried to sell me a protection plan, instead of helping to get it set up she told me to go do it on my own. She couldn't wait to get me out of the door. I went to the other location on Jefferson. When I arrived there I was greeted, they actually went into the settings of my phone and helped to solve the issue. I was then told that the factory reset on my phone would not have even solved my problems, and the protection plan would not have helped me. This was a complete sales tactic to get me into the store and then they didn't even help me and sent me out the door within 5 minutes. Completely disrespectful and the worst I have ever been treated in a situation like this.
