    Went in to transfer phone services, upgrade my phone, and purchase a watch. I had a wonderful experience thanks to Taylor, Angel, and Matthew. Great customer service, quick and easy process, attentive to detail, and they made sure to help me get the best rates and deals. Phenomenal service overall :)

    I had called the store to ask for some help with the settings on my phone. Was told I needed to come in as soon as possible to have my phone number changed due to the scam calls I was receiving. When I got to the store the women came up to me asked me the issue, I explained everything. She told me to go home and do a factory reset on my phone, offering no assistance to help. She did not introduce herself, ask my name, ask my phone # or even touch my phone to help figure out what the issue was. When I asked if there was another alternative then just doing a factory reset on my phone she told me no and proceeded to walk away. After pressing her again for more help she tried to sell me a protection plan, instead of helping to get it set up she told me to go do it on my own. She couldn't wait to get me out of the door. I went to the other location on Jefferson. When I arrived there I was greeted, they actually went into the settings of my phone and helped to solve the issue. I was then told that the factory reset on my phone would not have even solved my problems, and the protection plan would not have helped me. This was a complete sales tactic to get me into the store and then they didn't even help me and sent me out the door within 5 minutes. Completely disrespectful and the worst I have ever been treated in a situation like this.

    Very busy around 6p Thursday...waited 45 mins to be seen, took a while to get checked in, too, being they were checking other people in before us, when we got there first. I guess they were so busy, they didnt notice new customers or something. Good service once we got help though.

    Literally sat in the store for almost 25 minutes to get a new phone only to be skipped in line. The customer that was sitting across the table who the associate came to help even told him that I was there first. He said, well, you are next on my list and started helping them. I got up and walked out. Guess I'll be buying my new $1,500 phone elsewhere.
