I was stuck in the store (dirty, dingy hasn't been properly cleaned) for over 4 hours for the employees whom all basically just ignore the customers (as they are coughing on each other and look like they dragged themselves into work from the previous night of binge drinking) Not a single word spoken to me as I waited for 4 hours. Best part is after 4 hours all I got was a shoulder shrug and told to wait 72 hours for my phones to work on the network properly. I have now been on the phone and chat with customer support totaling more than 8 hours and still haven't had a working phone in over 6 days! Despicable! I'll be porting my numbers and bringing my business elsewhere.
