If needing repair on your laptop, they will not touch it if it’s a day over 4 years old and will not tell you that over the phone. Instead on the phone I was told they would have no problem ordering parts if need be, but in person for my appointment I was told they dont touch or won’t order parts for anything over 4 years ago. They also don’t have any idea what they are talking about in terms of repair. I had a problem with my charging port and was told if it’s built into the motherboard they would have to replace the whole motherboard. Being forced to go to a third party was honestly a saving grace because they told me that’s completely untrue. DO NOT GO HERE! It’s cheaper to go to a third party repair store and they will likely be more knowledgeable about the repairs needed.

They don't listen they literally made me go to another part of the store when those people couldn't help me he wanted me to make an appointment. He could have just help3d me in the first place and didn't terribly managed

Warning: We have had Geek Squad for year's now when you call they put you on hold hoping you'll hang up if you don't they'll hang up they no like longer do dash cam installation without charging you they doubled the membership fee from $100.00 to $200.00 a year for something you CAN'T use , Be careful they will rip you off any chance they can if you do decide to go with them first call Geek squad and get a taste of how your treated I think that will confirm everything on this post.

Horrible Geek Squad service! Took in my Samsung laptop to service and it came back with dents, scratches, and the screen was coming apart from its frame. I asked them to do something about it and all they could say it's cosmetic the laptop still works. Maybe I wanted to sell the laptop after no one wants dents in there computer, horrible horrible service.
