On 1/1/2026, I went in to upgrade my Verizon phone and spent over an hour working with Brooklyn to try to apply the promotions I had been offered. Brooklyn went above and beyond—she was on the phone with Verizon for nearly the entire time, doing everything she could to get them to honor the deals. Unfortunately, Verizon was extremely uncooperative. Throughout the entire experience, Brooklyn remained calm, professional, and genuinely helpful. I felt terrible that despite all her effort, Verizon’s lack of support meant she didn’t get the sale. Verizon later called me to apologize, which only confirmed how poorly the situation was handled on their end. Huge thanks to Brooklyn—you’re an absolute rockstar.

I went there to fix my lap top I purchased from them about 6 years ago. Though they couldn’t fix it, the service guy gave me info about who can fix it. It was quick and I was in and out quickly. The guy was great , friendly and helpful.

This place has some pretty good deals on some things. It used to be always packed. Not so packed anymore - good and bad - you can find people to help you and most of the people working there are helpful. They have a price match guarantee, which is nice. It’s also nice to go into a store like this and walk around.

I had an extremely disappointing and humiliating experience during an in-store pickup.
I was sent by my significant other to pick up a television that was purchased online . My name was clearly listed on the order, yet the Best Buy associate initially insisted I was not authorized and refused to explore any alternative verification. Ironically, once the TV was brought out, my name was printed on the item itself, confirming I was authorized the entire time.
This situation was unnecessary, dismissive, and embarrassing. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve encountered this type of treatment, and it raises serious concerns about how customers are perceived and handled in this location.
Best Buy needs to invest in better customer service and bias-awareness training. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, and no one should feel singled out or humiliated while simply picking up an item they legally purchased.
Very disappointed. I expected far better.

We had a very frustrating experience with Best Buy regarding an automatic start installation. My dad purchased the remote start and installation as a Black Friday gift. The day before the scheduled install, the appointment was canceled, and we were told it was because the part hadn’t been picked up? Which when my dad bought it, the guy said he will pull the part and have it ready for the install!
When my dad called for help, customer service was unhelpful and simply told him to reorder the item online, ignoring the fact that it was purchased at a Black Friday promotional price, which was no longer available. I ultimately had to go into the store myself to get the issue resolved.
After the installation was completed, I discovered another problem: the technicians installed the cover panel under the steering wheel over the hood-release lever, making it impossible to pop the hood. This required another trip back to the store to fix an error that should never have happened.
Throughout this entire process, no manager has reached out, and there has been no proactive effort to resolve these issues. Every fix required me to physically go into the store, which was extremely inconvenient and disappointing.
Do not recommend.
