We have been with Verizon for decades and he kept us as customers as we thought about moving on. Appreciate his attention to detail, calm attitude and professionalism. We will be telling others to go see him at the 26 Romeo plank location. Fadhi was also very helpful today as we had six phones getting upgraded. Great experience keep up the great work!
