Phone upgrade, discontinued a line, wifi booster, and an insane amount of information that we couldn’t get at other stores or calling. I quite honestly haven’t had this great of a Verizon experience besides the Apopka, FL location. Extremely happy with the service we received today!!

We have been with Verizon for decades and he kept us as customers as we thought about moving on. Appreciate his attention to detail, calm attitude and professionalism. We will be telling others to go see him at the 26 Romeo plank location. Fadhi was also very helpful today as we had six phones getting upgraded. Great experience keep up the great work!

- DDDeaJan 22, 20191.0Since most worker's pay here is commission they really push you to buy extra stuff. They offered me a few deals and I refused. They continue to explain why its a bad decision not to purchase whatever they're selling. If they offer a deal and a customer refuses, a professional customer service representative should reply with "That's okay, im just letting you know what options you have," rather than pushing the product more and trying to convince the customer to make a purchase on the spot. When i say i don't wanna buy it I mean it! The wait to get someone to help you takes about 20 minutes and if you're looking to get a new phone you'll need another 30 minutes to get it set up on your plan. Make sure you have at least an hour to an hour and a half to come here for a phone.

Went back they said they can't do anything more for me. Called Verizon they said it's not a cooperate store and they cannot help me. So now I have a 2 year contract and cannot use my phone.
