I made the switch to Verizon and while she seemed to be super helpful and nice, she blatantly lied to me in order to have me purchase a 50 dollar screen protector which I honestly could’ve went without, as well as add Verizon protect to my plan when I told her I did not want it. She told me if I crack the screen protector within 30 days I could get a replacement from the store, then anytime after I would have to contact the manufacturer who would handle any other replacements. Well I cracked the screen protector not even 14 days in and went to the store to claim the first replacements (which was the selling point for me) only to be told by another employee that they wouldn’t honor what she said and at best they could do 50% off of another one! This is honestly pretty sleazy and it changes my perspective on Verizon and how much they really “Value” the consumers.
