  I reviewed this location before and gave it a 5. Gabe was a great salesman who was honest and did exactly as he said. There were no surprises. So I came back when my son was due for a phone. unfortunately, Gabe was no longer working there. The current sales woman who helped me was not as honest. She assured me My bill down $20 and I was very thorough having been burned in the past. She neglected to tell me that she was comparing my current bill which included taxes and fees with the new bill, not including taxes and fees. She also neglected to tell me that the new phone would have higher taxes and fees than the previous phones. She also neglected to tell me that our Disney package price would go up and that the new phone required a higher package to be used. So in the end, my phone bill did not go down $20. It went up by $26. When I got the surprise, I went into the store and she told me I misunderstood. I did not misunderstand anything. I was very thorough in my questioning and I know I was misled into getting this phone. I was very clear when I said that I did not need a new phone and that the only way we were going to get a new phone is that it did not cost us any more on our monthly bill. Either she doesn’t know how to do math or she lied, either way I am not happy and will never return to this location. I left the store without a solution. She did say she would try to talk to corporate and get me some sort of discount which she never did and I never heard from them again.

  Pooja, Justin, Dwight and Ben were absolutely incredible. My wife, son and I needed new phones, we had technical difficulties and password issues. These 4 were incredibly professional, courteous, understanding and just fun to be around. They are the reason I have stayed with Verizon since 1999. Thank you wonderful experience.

  Craig is absolutely amazing at this store. I can't thank him enough for the help he provided on getting my account fixed and an upgraded phone for one of my lines.

  I visited the Verizon store on Plymouth in Livonia. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Jaalen. I walked into the store with multiple issues. Needless to say, I am walking out much happier than I came in. Jaalen was SUPER knowledgeable and helped me to get my bill down to something much more manageable. And the icing on the cake is that was kind and professional! This is my new Verizon store!!!

  Emmanuel showed awesome customer service and timeliness during my recent phone upgrade. Truthfully the best experience I’ve had at a phone store ever. See pic attached. Thank you Manny!
