He went above and beyond to get our issue fixed, on New Years Eve 2025. Give that man a raise! He could have easily told us it was out of his hands, but he tried is best and helped fix our issue. The other gentleman in the store this evening was also helpful! Unfortunately I forgot to peek at his name tag. Both gentleman were friendly, helpful, and had great customer service skills. After dealing with one of the employees here, his bill unexpectedly increased to $211.52. He was told the total would only go up by about $20.00, yet he is now being overcharged by $72.92. Please note that this is not a corporate Verizon store — it is an authorized retailer. I strongly urge anyone reading this to do their research and only visit a corporate Verizon location. I have since educated my father on the difference between the two and will be reaching out directly to Verizon corporate regarding this issue. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I have already consulted with a lawyer regarding potential elder abuse and misrepresentation.
