  Horrible, horrible, horrible! The staff, Kelly J and Erica along with the people on the 800 number. They are liars and thieves and have not a clue as to what they’re doing. I have to take them to court to retrieve monies owed to me from a refund for some EarPods that I returned unopened in less than 24 hours. They claimed for an entire month that the refund was approved and can’t understand why it’s taking so long for it to reach my checking account. They lied about activation fees being refunded or credited to my new account. Kelly is unprofessional by eating Chinese food in my presence while she took care of me with food flying from her teeth while speaking. I wish I had never stepped foot in this place. I wrote a review but it seems it was too long because it wouldn’t let me send it. They had the nerve to call the police on me after going back in the store to check the status of my refunds because they simply wanted me to leave. Mind you, I was frustrated because of all of the lies but never rude, loud or obnoxious. I wasn’t even angry. I never threatened anyone or anything like that for them to call the police. I decided to wait on the police, hoping they could tell me how to proceed. Once they arrived they simply said small claims court. So that’s what I’ll be doing today. Needless to say, I’ve canceled my services after only 3 1/2 weeks and I’m definitely suing for the lies, aggravation and theft on their part. I reached out to my son as well for him to cancel his new services with them because of how I was treated.

  Kelly was super nice and helpful switching my old SIM card to my new digital SIM card for my new iPhone. Would definitely recommend this store and to ask for Kelly.

I AM SO SO SO GRATEFUL FOR THEM BEING SO PATIENT AND CONSIDERATE THEY DID NOT GIVE UP ON ME THEY KEPT AT IT UNTIL EVERYTHING GOT HANDLED TOP TO BOTTOM!!!! THEY EVEN UNDID THE SCREW UP THE GUY KEN DID AT THE 12 MILE AND EVERGREEN STORE!!! THEY GOT ME A FREE PHONE AND FULL PHONE SERVICE WITH HBO MAX FOR UNDER $100!!!!! GOD BLESS THEM!!!!!!! I LOVE THEM FOREVER!!!!!!

  Kelly was a wonderful help and I am planning on coming here to get my grandkids a phone for Christmas she is great and I will continue to come here to have her help me she is great
