I am very unhappy that he chose to set up my phone and made up his own email he wanted me to have and than never explained how to get my things back on my phone. I have information and passwords from 15 years ago that I now have to struggle in order to find. I used to love cricket I will never purchase from Gary's store or cricket again!! I never gave a 5 star review! Apparently cricket has went down hill all together. I will tell everyone I know not to use them
