Now one might say oh she was probably being rude... they picked up the phone I asked for Jason and he said it was him. I said "hello Jason, I was wondering if you could help me out with our account, he immediately said "no I can't" and then hung up on me. I was in disbelief and called back and they did not answer the phone. Reading reviews I see this happened to someone else 3 weeks ago. We have used this store for at least 15 years and now I'll never use them again. It only takes one time being treated that way by a small business for me to never return.
