The staff are so kind and helpful! They made me feel like they genuinely cared about me and getting the right phone. I took a while to decide on the type of phone I wanted and they were so knowledgeable about each phone and didn’t make me feel rushed. I will definitely go to this Verizon store again next time I need a new phone!

Been sitting for 4 hours over 2 phones they done had people come in after n before with new n old phones guy said 6 mins to pack my phones after 4 hours been 20 minutes

They claimed they couldn’t cancel my line and pay off my remaining balance on my watch watch in the store which is a complete lie, and told me to call customer service instead, more so they just didn’t feel like doing it and that’s their way of not having to do their job

Shoutout Charles!! I stopped in with a billing question and he managed to lower the cost of my bill and upgrade me to an iPhone 16e (for no cost) on a trade-in deal. It didn’t take long either; maybe an hour, and I was a walk in. He was so helpful!
