This store should not be open, or there should be some disclaimer about their lack of capabilities. This review in no way speaks to the people running the store, just the owner and management.

After a combined 30 minutes on hold with customer service, they acknowledged that this was an employee error but REFUSED REFUND OR CREDIT to my account.

Ignoring us for a loud couple that walked all over the store yelling at one another. The rep wasn't overwhelmed, we were just bottom priority. It was an uncomfortable atmosphere, and we won't be back. I prefer the retailer on Michigan & Foster.
