I was very frustrated with a situation after only being with cricket for a week and ready to get rid of them, then I talked to Michael who got it taken care of for me! The good reviews of this store were why I chose to go to it. Then Unfortunately what I thought Michael did never happened I didn't get the friend referral discount off from signing up with a friend.. disappointed ☹️
