    Great experience at the Verizon store today, switching carriers and getting 2 new phones. Aaron & Zack were very knowledgeable and completely up front & honest about all b of the cost. They even worked hard to find a way to make it happen when one of the phones we wanted was out of stock. We drove 45 minutes over here because of the good reviews and they did not disappoint! Great job guys.

    Zack was amazing. He made everything seamless and helped this technology impaired person navigate the changes. I drove 120 miles because I had heard of the great customer service of the Kalkaska office. Worth the drive.
