  My dog JAX 🐕 had something going on with his ears so I made a appointment here to get him checked out this was our first time coming to vca and I'm so happy I did they took such good care of jax I didn't have alot of money and they worked with me to figure out how to get him the care he needed with the amount of money I had thank you VCA jax is like a brand new dog I will be recommending you guys to everyone and will be the only place I take JAX thank you

  Nicole said to me, take them to another vet, after I've told vca vets 4 visits, about nose dirt and eye crust. They ignored me saying this every visit, and then Nicole said take them to another vet but I still have your money....thanks Nicole....you did have my money.

  I have been taking my animals here for about 9 years now and initially it was for my cat who ended up having her leg amputated. I was blown away by how kind, compassionate, and caring they were during this time. Over the years I’d say that it’s been touch and go.. my payments are often declined for a monthly preventative medication for my dog and now I have the care club membership and my payments are often declined for that too.. which is my fault and I take responsibility for that- I truly do the best I can. The majority of their employees are amazing and so kind, especially Belle. She has never made me feel less than someone who can afford for their autopay to go through everytime. I always end up paying as soon as possible and I wish I had the means to always have my payments come out on the correct day. I really just wanted to take the time to leave a review because of the amazing customer service that Belle provides. I truly appreciate being treated with kindness and respect despite not always having the money when I am supposed to, it truly means so much to me- so these 5 stars are really for Belle, thank you! Also, my animals are always treated with care and I appreciate that very much.

  VCA Oshtemo is an amazing veterinarian clinic. From the moment you walk in the door, each receptionist at the front desk greet you with genuine warmth, and concern for you As well as your pet. They are competent and efficient and mostly importantly they care! They are an exceptional front desk staff and they set the tone for the rest of the experience that you will have at the VCA office.
